First call is 30 minutes to figure out if the fit is real. If it's not, we'll tell you and probably point you to someone who is. If it is, we scope the smallest useful thing we can ship and start there.

You get a shared Slack, a calendar, and a phone number. Ask a question, get an answer — not a meeting request that lands three weeks out.
Ship, learn, iterate.
We prefer six weeks of working software to six months of a discovery deck. First release goes out early, then we refine against what actually happens when your customers or team use it.
